With the auto industry in crisis plus the fact that it follows shortly after the Geneva Salon, it's no wonder that this year's 2009 AMI Motor Show in Leipzig, Germany (March 28 to April 5) failed to capture the attention of automakers. The only world premieres of any interest were those of the Audi TT RS Roadster (only the Coupe was in Geneva), the VW Golf GTD and to a lesser extent, the tri-fuel Ford Mondeo LPG. Of course, the AMI show has many German-market premieres like the Opel Ampera and the Ford Iosis MAX concepts, which you can check out in our mega gallery after the jump.
