We've seen people talking on phones, texting on mobiles, eating and in general doing things they aren't supposed to while they are driving but this tops it off. Words can't begin to describe this man's actions. Believe it or not, this driver was captured on film reading a novel while going around 75mph or 120km/h on the highway. Honestly, how (dangerously) dim-witted can you be?
