Car Moon

While some people use their feet or even their mouth to create what they believe is a form of art, Ian Cook fancies using remote control cars and old car tires. The 25-year-old artist from Solihull, West Midlands calls his technique “Popbang Colour”. Apparently Chevy found Ian’s work funky enough to order two paintings depicting the Camaro Convertible and Beat concept cars for its British Motor Show stand.

“I wanted to be an artist from a young age and decided that to be successful I needed something completely unique,” commented Ian. Well, look at this way; at least he didn’t decide to insert a paintbrush where the sun never shines -though Ian, come to think of it, that would have been truly unique… -More pics after the jump
